For people whose word matters
kept shows you which ones you're keeping, which ones are quietly slipping, and what each slip is costing you. Then it coaches you back to your word.

The call you said you'd return Tuesday. The invoice you meant to send on the 1st. The gate latch you told your mom you'd fix. The workout you promised yourself at 6am.
None of them feel big. Each one is your word. And every one that slips leaves a mark you can't see on a to-do list: a client who trusts you a little less, cash that sits uncollected, a sister who stops expecting the call, the version of you that does what you say.
You don't have a time problem. You have more promises out than you can see.
kept is built on one idea from the Integrity Inventory: integrity means whole and complete, like a wheel with every spoke in place. Pull spokes out and the ride gets rough long before it breaks.
So kept tracks two things a to-do app ignores. What you said you'd do, and what it costs when you don't. When something slips, you don't just reschedule it. You honor it: keep it with a new date, or revoke it cleanly, and clean up with whoever was counting on you.

Promises
Write down where you're out of integrity, who you gave your word to, what it's costing you, and the new promise that puts it right. kept shows which part of your word keeps slipping, so you fix the pattern and not just the task.

THRIVE
Two minutes, six areas: Treasure, Heart, Relationships, Impact, Vitality, Enjoyment. Rate where you are and where you want to be. Your Purpose score blends those scores with how well you keep your word, so the number moves when you do.

Coach
Every morning it names the one thing most at risk. Open a session for a weekly review, a promise that slipped, or the why behind your goals. It's direct, built on the Time to Thrive method, and nothing changes on your list until you tap yes.
Your AI
Connect your own AI and just say it: "What am I out on this week?" or "Add: call the accountant Friday." It reads and updates your kept live, with your permission, and it can never delete a thing.
Where it comes from
kept grew out of the Integrity Inventory that members of the Integris Roundtable work through every week, and the Time to Thrive method taught by Rich Kelly and Naveed Bhatti. It started as our private system. Now it's yours, free.
No credit card. No trial that runs out. Works on your phone, tablet and computer, and sits on your home screen like an app.
Yes. Everything above is free. The coach has a monthly limit of 8 deep sessions because each one costs real money to run. Past that, connect your own AI and keep going there.
Only you. Your entries are locked to your account. Nobody at kept reads them, and they're never used for marketing. Your name and email go on our contact list; what you write in kept never does. Privacy notice.
No. kept stands on its own. The Roundtable is where it started.
It runs in your browser at iskept.com. On your phone, add it to your home screen and it opens like any other app.
It reads your tasks, promises and THRIVE scores, then coaches the way a good facilitator would: facts before story, one question at a time, no cheerleading. It asks your permission to be direct before it ever pushes.
Two minutes. Then write down the first promise you've been avoiding.
